Who can place orders at MÜPRO.com?
We sell exclusively to businesses from industry, trade, crafts and commerce within the meaning of section 14 of the German Civil Code.
Why can I not see any prices?
Our prices are only visible to registered customers. Without logging in, you can only see the product, but not the price information. To gain access to this and other features, please register here.
What prices are visible?
The prices in our online shop are customer-specific net prices plus the currently applicable VAT.
Registration and customer account
How can I sign up as a customer?
You can sign up here. Your registration will be checked immediately and you will receive a confirmation email with a link to log in to the MÜPRO online shop. This procedure is used to ensure that we only supply businesses from industry, trade, crafts and commerce within the meaning of section 14 of the German Civil Code.
I’ve forgotten my password. What do I do now?
Use the ‘Forgot your password?’ option to reset your password.
How do I reset my password?
Use the ‘Forgot your password?’ option to change your password, or set a new password by going to ‘My MÜPRO’ > ‘Change password’.
Can I add additional users to my account?
As an admin user at your company, you can add new users by going to ‘My MÜPRO’ > ‘User management’, where you can also grant the desired rights to the person.
My billing address has changed. How do I share it with you?
To let us know your change of address, go to ‘My MÜPRO’ > ‘Addresses’. We will make the requested change for you as soon as possible.
How do I delete a company account or a user?
Deleting a company account:
To delete your company account, please contact info@muepro.com. Bear in mind that this will also delete all other users in your company account.
Deleting a user:
To delete a user, go to ‘My MÜPRO’ > ‘User management’. Note: the ‘User management’ menu item is only visible to admin users in your company, enabling them to decide about other users in the company.
Order and delivery
How do I place an order?
You can find items using the search or navigation features and add them to your shopping basket. You can also add products to your shopping basket via manual fast selection or CSV import. You can save your shopping basket as an order template. You can also import individual items from an order template or the entire order template into your shopping basket.
Click on the shopping basket symbol to see an overview of the products you have added and to continue the ordering process. You can assign the shopping basket to a project, edit your delivery address, select the delivery method and review all the details again in the overview provided. To complete your order, click ‘Order with commitment to pay’. Your order will then be made ready for dispatch as soon as possible and sent to the specified delivery address.

Can I edit my delivery address?
As part of the ordering process, you can change your delivery address by clicking on the pencil icon. However, it is only possible to change your delivery address until the order is dispatched.
Where can I view my previous orders?
You can find your previous orders at ‘My MÜPRO’ > ‘Order history’. You can sort your orders by order or purchase order number, date or type. You can also download the corresponding order confirmations and invoices from here.
I did not receive a confirmation of my order.

I want to cancel my order
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders that have been placed, as the process has already been initiated immediately. Thank you for your understanding.
I deleted my basket. Can I restore it?
If you have deleted your basket, this unfortunately cannot be restored. You can immediately fill a new shopping basket with the products you want. To save shopping baskets for future use, you can save them as order templates.
